My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were large, spacious, lovely, clean, and very warm. However, the bathroom was relatively small and showed signs of wear and tear.

The service was very friendly and good. The staff worked really hard to make my stay enjoyable. They even went the extra mile to accommodate meal requests that varied from the menu.

The location of the hotel was smart, stylish, and ideal for my needs. The staff, especially Rachel at reception, were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel also provided convenient access to connecting bus routes to Merry Hill and Stourbridge.
