Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some drawbacks like dusty and stained surfaces, faded curtains, and old worn carpets with stains, making the premier rooms too hot and dated. However, the service was friendly and accommodating even with a delayed delivery to the room. The location, while handy for visitors to various tourist attractions, seemed a bit neglected with loud TV distractions. The dining experience was considered good for the money but recommended going elsewhere for better quality. The facilities were somewhat limited but overall satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were large, spacious, lovely, clean, and very warm. However, the bathroom was relatively small and showed signs of wear and tear.
The hotel had mixed experiences with the room being a bit noisy due to disruptive guests in the corridor but redeemed by the lovely food in the restaurant. Check-in wasn't as smooth, and some room maintenance issues were present. However, familiar faces among the staff brought a sense of consistency and improvement since the last visit.
